Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x777bet" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at x777bet.win and all associated subdomains, applications and services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account with x777bet and is accessing the platform's games or services.
• "Account" means the individual PKR-denominated account created by a Player upon completing the x777bet registration process.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, which is the sole account currency used on the x777bet platform.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on any game, event or market available through x777bet using real PKR balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits added to a Player's x777bet account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, which includes submission and confirmation of a Player's CNIC or other government-issued identification document acceptable to x777bet.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any action or series of actions by a Player that violates Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the x777bet platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in any promotion or accessing customer support — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using x777bet and not create or continue to use an account on the platform. Continued use of x777bet following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 12) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of a person in the above categories employed by x777bet or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You will provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process.

x777bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by x777bet may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Each person may hold only one active x777bet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any PKR balance within them may be subject to forfeiture following investigation.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your x777bet account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes transmitted to your registered mobile number. x777bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings panel.

You agree not to share your x777bet login credentials with any third party. x777bet cannot accept liability for losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

x777bet reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes.
• The account is associated with money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the x777bet platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the x777bet platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x777bet accepts deposits via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast interbank transfer, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the prevailing interbank rate at the time of deposit confirmation).

The minimum deposit at x777bet is 500 PKR for e-wallet channels (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer channels are displayed at the point of transaction initiation. x777bet does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless x777bet's withdrawal team has approved an alternative channel following a written request from the account holder. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically 5–15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Raast and bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB): typically 10–30 minutes for verified accounts.
• USDT TRC20: typically 15–30 minutes after blockchain confirmation.

x777bet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal where the withdrawal amount exceeds 100,000 PKR, or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification. x777bet is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider, bank or network.

Bonuses & Promotions

x777bet may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and other incentives to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all x777bet promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's account in addition to their real PKR balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms before they convert to withdrawable balance.
• Where a Player holds both real PKR balance and bonus funds simultaneously, real balance is wagered first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied to hedging or low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• x777bet reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any account that, in x777bet's reasonable assessment, has abused the spirit of a promotional offer — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus, colluding with other Players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting low-margin game categories to fulfil requirements.
• Bonus funds expire at the date and time specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance with no compensation.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available through x777bet — including but not limited to Live Casino tables, Jackpot Slots, Dream Catcher, Cockfighting, Table Games and Sports Betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules.

x777bet's RNG (Random Number Generator) powered games use independently tested and certified random number generation technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games are available within each game's information panel and are accurate to within the variance inherent in RNG-based outcomes over the long term.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or platform error during a game session:

• x777bet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour the outcome where this can be determined with certainty.
• Where the game state cannot be determined, the affected wager will be voided and the staked PKR returned to the Player's account balance.
• x777bet shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or speculative losses claimed to have arisen from a game interruption.

For Sports Betting markets, x777bet reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors, data feed errors or obvious misquotations have resulted in odds that do not reflect the true market. Void bets have the staked PKR returned to the Player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x777bet platform. x777bet reserves the right to immediately suspend any account, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and permanently close any account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, creating accounts under fictitious identities, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Live Casino games, Sports Betting markets or any form of tournament play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated method to place wagers or interact with the x777bet platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and Hedging Abuse: Systematically placing wagers designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies in Sports Betting markets rather than engaging with the markets in good faith as entertainment.
• Money Laundering: Using x777bet accounts to facilitate the movement, conversion or concealment of funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Exploiting Platform Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, odds miscalculation or platform malfunction to place wagers at advantageous terms that do not reflect x777bet's intended pricing.
• Underage Access: Attempting to create or use an x777bet account by any person under 18 years of age, or facilitating such access by a minor.

Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits x777bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
